Experteer Overview
In this role you guide clients through HR reinvention in the digital age, shaping strategy, operating models, and technology enablement. You will blend traditional HR practice with AI, GenAI, and automation to improve talent management, engagement, and workforce planning. You’ll lead high-visibility engagements, manage executive relationships, and deliver measurable HR transformations aligned with business goals. This position offers the chance to influence how organizations work and scale their HR functions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies
- Develop HR reinvention strategies combining traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation
- Design future-state HR models using analytics and technology-driven solutions to improve talent management and workforce planning
- Create HR reinvention roadmaps and value cases aligned with business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks incorporating employee experience, shared services, and outsourcing
- Lead organization design efforts, including interaction models, location strategy, and sizing
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through personalization and engagement, leveraging HR tech and data analytics
- Evaluate and select HR technologies (HRIS, AI tools) and guide vendor selection processes
- Articulate and implement GenAI and emerging technologies to improve HR functions
- Advise on transforming HR operations via shared services, outsourcing, and digital tools; assess sourcing options
- Lead process optimization and intelligent automation to improve efficiency and scalability
- Deliver end-to-end HR reinvention projects on time and within budget, integrating cloud HR systems and AI platforms
- Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in and sustain transformation
- Foster practitioner development, thought leadership, and innovation within the HR Reinvention practice
Key requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting
- Minimum of 1 year working on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation
- Minimum of 6 months applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes or related outcomes
- Bonus: industry experience in Software & Platforms; HR platform expertise (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM); vendor management
- Experience with HR operating models, shared services, outsourcing, and service delivery optimization
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum; Jira or MS Project knowledge
- Ability to travel
