Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies
Develop HR reinvention strategies combining classic HR with digital innovations like AI and automation
Use analytics to design future-state HR models and improve talent management, engagement, and planning
Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks with leading practices
Lead HR organization design, interaction models, and sizing
Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and align with company culture
Participate in evaluation and selection of HR technologies and guide vendor processes
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, including integration of cloud HR systems and AI platforms
Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and sustained transformation
Foster practitioner development, thought leadership, and innovation within the HR Reinvention practice

Key requirements

3+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting
1+ year working on HR reinvention programs (operating model, process, technology, or service delivery)
6+ months applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes
Experience with HR platforms and HRIS/AI tools
Vendor management and technology selection experience
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills
Agile or Scrum knowledge; ability to work with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel
