In this HR Manager role, you will lead people operations for a fast-growing, global creative-tech company and help scale the NYC team. You’ll elevate the employee experience through onboarding improvements, culture-building events, and connected people programs, while partnering with managers and the global HR team. You’ll own recruitment in NYC, support performance processes, and strengthen HR systems as the company expands. This role offers hands-on influence, collaboration with international HR peers, and a chance to shape culture in a startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

Enhance onboarding and new-hire support from day one
Lead recruitment for NYC roles in collaboration with hiring managers
Foster culture through events, recognition, and experiences
Support performance management processes
Strengthen HR systems to support future scaling
Coordinate with PEO partners for onboarding, payroll alignment, and compliance
Partner with office experience to drive community and belonging
Work onsite in SoHo four days a week

Key requirements

HR Generalist or People Operations background with broad experience in recruitment, ER, engagement, and HR operations
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and adaptability
Startup experience preferred
Experience working with or alongside PEOs preferred
