In this role you will lead end-to-end HR for the SEMEA cluster from Milan, shaping a people-centric function that supports business priorities. You will partner with leadership to deliver talent, performance, and employee experience across the lifecycle, while embedding global policies and driving continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams and GO Centers of Excellence to align HR with global ambition and local realities. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on culture and growth.

Responsibilities

Partner with GM and leadership to translate business priorities into people solutions
Lead end-to-end HR operations (admin, payroll, recruitment, L&D, labor relations, budgeting) and ensure governance
Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development
Oversee performance management, rewards, and data-driven decision making
Enhance employee engagement and employer branding aligned with global programs
Manage cost discipline and personnel budgeting across the cluster
Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and local employment landscape
Foster continuous improvement and people-centric culture across matrix organisations

Key requirements

Senior HR leadership experience in complex, fast-paced organizations
Proven track record in growth and restructuring contexts
Strong exposure to matrix organisations and international stakeholders
Solid grounding in metrics, cost discipline and performance management
Deep expertise in people and culture
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and Italian employment landscape
Retail experience is a strong plus
