Responsibilities
- Define HR strategy for the EMEA region aligned with business goals and Group policies
- Lead organizational evolution to support growth and development plans
- Partner with the CEO and regional leaders to implement people initiatives
- Manage multicultural teams and complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries
- Oversee HR operations and ensure consistency with corporate standards
Key requirements
- Solid experience in HR leadership roles within structured multinational environments
- Proven expertise across HR functional areas, including industrial relations
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership, strategic vision, and experience managing multicultural teams
