As Hospital CEO, you drive the organization’s mission by leading operations, resources, and strategic direction to deliver high-quality care. You will act as the authorized representative to the Board, implement corporate goals, and foster relationships with industry, government, providers, and the public. You will shape outpatient and ambulatory programs while guiding cross-functional teams and community engagement. This role combines executive leadership with accountability for performance and growth in a post-acute care network.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative oversight of the facility and support managers in resource management
- Lead special projects within time and budget constraints and report outcomes
- Build visibility and leadership in community organizations to drive referrals and public awareness
- Assist in budgeting for operating and capital expenditures; support procurement of capital equipment
- Contribute to strategic goals and market-area planning; monitor progress toward strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with departmental budgets and corporate policies
- Engage with providers and represent the organization in community and stakeholder interactions
- Lead in development and implementation of outpatient and ambulatory programs
- Promote governance and liaison with Board and governing bodies
- Mentor and develop leadership within the hospital team
Key requirements
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Five years of hospital leadership experience or equivalent in healthcare
- Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations
- Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience is required
- Strong verbal, writing, and numerical skills
- Ability to translate concepts into strategic action
