As Hospital CEO you drive strategic direction and operational excellence to fulfill the Corporation’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care. You lead hospital operations, steward resources, and build relations with community partners and government entities. You will shape outpatient and ambulatory programs and oversee multi-location leadership while aligning with the Board’s goals. Responsibilities

Provide administrative oversight for the facility and support managers in resource management
Lead special projects within time and budget constraints and report outcomes
Build and maintain community relationships to enhance referrals and public awareness
Participate in operating and capital budget planning and procure capital equipment when approved
Contribute to strategic goal development and monitor progress across market areas
Maintain compliance with strategic initiatives and corporate policies
Represent the organization to the public, media, and donors
Promote leadership, governance, and ethical standards across the team
Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments and external partners
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure efficient, high-quality performance

Key requirements

Master in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
Five (5) years of hospital leadership or healthcare leadership experience
Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, and multi-hospital operations
Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience required
Verbal and written communication skills; numerical acumen for data and financial analyses
Ability to translate concepts into strategic plans and actions
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Commitment to confidentiality, policy adherence, and safety guidelines
