Responsibilities
- Achieve annual financial and patient/volume targets
- Align facility goals with SHC mission and strategy
- Provide values-based leadership to management and medical staff on operations, regulatory compliance, and planning
- Lead change management and organizational transformation efforts
- Build collaborative relationships with facility, market, and system leadership
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and potential centralized/shared services models
- Drive continuous improvement and elevate service standards using best practices and benchmarks
- Direct quality improvement initiatives to meet customer needs and industry standards
Key requirements
- 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in acute care or multidisciplinary setting
