In this role you define scalable high-voltage electronics architectures from customer needs, guiding the full lifecycle from concept to validation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure robust, production-ready designs that meet system goals. You act as the primary technical interface and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-voltage solutions for precision equipment. The position offers influence over technology choices and hands-on development in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive system direction by translating customer needs into clear requirements and scalable electronics architecture
- Own end-to-end technical responsibility across concept, design, integration, verification and validation
- Serve as primary technical interface to stakeholders, aligning decisions with strategic goals
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
- Shape project feasibility with solution concepts, risk assessments, and substantiated estimates
- Advise on strategic technology choices and innovation paths in high-voltage/high-tech domains
- Drive system integration and acceptance including knowledge transfer to customers
Key requirements
- Academic degree in electronics or electrical engineering (listed as required)
- 10+ years of professional experience, including multiple years in an Architect role
- Several years of high-voltage system design experience (high precision, low power, high stability)
- Experience with high-voltage insulation design (field control, material selection, creepage/clearance, PD mitigation)
- Experience with electric field simulation (FEM) and HV validation techniques (PD testing, insulation qualification)
- Understanding of safety practices and electronics standards (IEC 61010, IEC 62368) is a plus
- Understanding of partial discharge effects and insulation reliability in HV precision systems
- Experience with SPICE-based simulation for HV circuit analysis
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on prototyping capability
- Excellent communication with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
