Responsibilities

Lead the test department by planning and executing power transformer tests per standards and customer needs
Coordinate testing logistics including equipment certification, maintenance, procurement, and scheduling
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout testing
Analyze testing issues, lead investigations, and provide formal reports to plant management
Propose improvements to boost test efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance testing tools
Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and deliver timely test results while upholding safety and integrity

Key requirements

University degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years hands-on HV testing experience of power transformers or HV components/systems
At least 5 years of personnel management experience
Proven leadership with a results-driven mindset and ability to empower teams
Extensive knowledge of testing tools, HV testing equipment, and development processes; understanding IEC and IEEE standards
Proficiency in English and German for collaboration with partners
