As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the CHRO to define and execute a world-class TA strategy across Corporate, Sales, and Operations. You’ll lead a 15+ member team, embedding a data-driven approach to attract, engage, and retain top talent while strengthening employer branding and candidate experience. You will drive strategic sourcing, diversity initiatives, and culture alignment to support papernest’s rapid growth and international expansion. This role offers impact through shaping talent pipelines, refining hiring processes, and partnering with leadership to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-drivenTA strategy and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance) and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Design and implement a framework to measure quality of hire (culture fit, ramp-up, performance) and optimize hiring manager effectiveness
  • Optimize sourcing and outbound strategies using diverse channels, including automation and A/B testing
  • Own employer branding initiatives and candidate experience, including online reputation management and content collaboration
  • Champion diversity & inclusion with tracking and equitable evaluation across profiles
  • Provide advanced training to hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, and offer management
  • Build a knowledge hub for recruitment best practices and continuous improvement
  • Develop school partnerships to build early-career talent pipelines
  • Plan for future hiring needs with leadership and HRBPs to maintain a steady talent flow

Key requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 3-5 years in leadership
  • experience across multiple business sectors (corporate, tech/product, sales, operations) is a plus
  • strong analytical mindset with proven data-driven recruitment impact
  • outbound sourcing proficiency and familiarity with recruitment technologies/automation
  • brand-building track record and capability to enhance candidate experiences
  • process optimization focus with objective evaluation methods and robust reference checks
  • exceptional leadership and coaching skills with experience training managers in recruitment
  • strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and creative talent solutions
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
  • adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • fluency in English; Spanish and/or French a strong plus
