In this role, you will lead Entain's regional social media strategy to grow brand presence, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will oversee content, campaigns, and paid initiatives across major platforms, guiding a team to deliver cohesive, innovative programs. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social efforts with brand goals and measure impact with KPIs. This is a high-visibility role with a focus on innovation in the iGaming space.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Define and monitor KPIs for social media success and report on performance
Oversee content creation across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and manage a content calendar
Plan and run creative campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships; utilise paid social to reach targeted audiences
Foster an active online community and encourage user-generated content
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of social media professionals
Collaborate with marketing, content, design, influencers, and partners to amplify presence
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities; present insights to senior management
Stay updated on trends and explore new platforms and technologies in iGaming and beyond

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Several years of experience in social media marketing with recent leadership experience
Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming
Exceptional leadership and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
