In this role you will lead Vantage Towers' national commercial strategy in Spain, aligning with long-term growth and sustainability goals. You will shape the sales organization, drive performance, and manage end-to-end market execution across key segments. You’ll act as the senior interface to MNO stakeholders, forging high-trust partnerships and guiding complex dealmaking. This is a strategic, externally-facing leadership role that combines revenue growth with cross-functional collaboration and governance. You will help position the company as a strategic UK/EU telco partner and influence industry dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Set and steer the national commercial strategy aligned with long-term priorities
  • Provide transformative leadership to the sales organization to exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Own end-to-end commercial accountability and go-to-market execution
  • Interface with the Spanish MNO ecosystem, building high-trust relationships with executives
  • Identify and shape new market opportunities and growth pathways
  • Oversee complex dealmaking with governance in offer management and contract execution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Technology, and Operations
  • Ensure data-driven decision making through forecasting, market intelligence, and pipeline governance
  • Represent the company in external industry dialogues and strengthen strategic relevance

Key requirements

  • Extensive senior sales leadership experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Proven network across MNO stakeholders in Spain
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, accountability, and talent development
  • Expertise in strategic business development, complex negotiations, and key account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical and data-driven decision making
  • International experience or matrix-organization exposure considered a plus
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years in sales with at least 5 in a leadership role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
