As Head of Sales for the OSA line, you will build and scale the US sales organization from the ground up to drive rapid revenue growth for a new therapy. You’ll lead a cross-functional launch, define the national sales strategy, and recruit and develop a high-performing team. You will work closely with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Product Development to ensure alignment with the company’s patient-centric mission. This is a hands-on leadership role in an early-stage growth environment with a clear impact on patient access and therapy adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the US sales strategy for the newly launched OSA product line
  • Lead revenue performance, forecasting, and progress against aggressive targets
  • Design and implement the US sales organization, including hiring and onboarding
  • Develop strategic partnerships with sleep specialists, pulmonologists, ENT surgeons, and sleep labs
  • Streamline patient pathways to improve time-to-therapy and access to care
  • Lead sales planning, quota setting, and incentive design
  • Implement CRM and pipeline management to ensure disciplined execution
  • Ensure sales activities align with regulatory and quality expectations
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and performance

Key requirements

  • 10-15 years in progressive sales leadership within Medical Devices / Neurostimulation
  • Minimum 10 years managing large national sales teams and multi-level leadership across the US
  • Proven success launching and scaling medical device or therapy-based products
  • Commercially driven with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, patient-focused environment
  • Transformational leadership in a matrix organization
  • Experience with cross-functional organizational design, sales force deployment, and talent management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
