In this role you will lead Skello’s Spanish market sales efforts from Barcelona, shaping a high-performing team and refining processes to expand adoption of our frontline HR platform. You will collaborate across functions to meet growth goals and drive customer-centric outcomes in Europe. The position combines people leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning to scale a SaaS sales engine. A strong impact comes from coaching teams, coordinating quotas, and aligning with company values.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach 2 AE Team Leaders and 2 BDR Team Leaders directly, and oversee 40 BDRs and AEs indirectly
- Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs along defined career paths
- Organize daily team operations: production time, admin, meetings, and reviews
- Inspire the team by example and embody Skello values
- Motivate the teams to achieve outperformance and professional fulfillment
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure correct use of sales tools
- Optimize commercial processes and contribute to quotas and forecasts
- Assign leads according to partner-defined criteria
- Based in Barcelona, reporting to the Spain General Manager (Marc)
Key requirements
- >5 years of commercial experience
- >3 years of management experience
- Ideally +20 team members managed
- Proficiency in English and French is a plus
