In this role you will lead the monitoring and optimization of price risk for international commodities trading. You will develop risk calculation and reporting, manage derivative positions within risk mandates, and ensure EMIR and internal reporting compliance. You will guide a team of five FTEs, collaborate closely with the front office, and act as a sparring partner for trading strategies and hedging. The position offers the chance to drive digital improvements and influence portfolio performance in a global, multi-product environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage price risk in international commodities trading
Develop and enhance calculation and reporting of price risks
Oversee derivative risk positions with front office coordination
Ensure compliance with EMIR and internal reporting requirements
Lead and develop a team of five FTEs and provide guidance to two remote risk controllers
Act as sparring partner for trading division on hedging instruments, strategies and portfolio development
Support business in new transactions and strategy implementation, coordinating with TK AG’s central finance and external brokers/banks
Identify and realize improvements using digital tools (Power BI, AI)
