As Head of Pre-Sales for the Talent Domain, you will lead a cross-market team of consultants across Europe to propel Factorial’s Recruitment, Performance, Engagement, and Training solutions. You’ll shape how our Talent products are positioned, demonstrated, and sold, collaborating closely with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and GTM priorities. You’ll model world-class discovery, storytelling, and value articulation in XL and strategic deals. This role blends leadership, go-to-market execution, and hands-on enablement to drive attach rate and pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Pre-Sales team across five markets for the Talent domain
  • Join and co-lead key XL demos and strategic deals to set the standard for demo excellence
  • Own Talent revenue performance: monitor attach rate, ARPU, win rate, and pipeline quality, driving growth actions
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to incorporate customer insights into roadmaps and GTM priorities
  • Elevate sales storytelling to connect business challenges with measurable outcomes
  • Drive enablement at scale via Product League certifications, demo frameworks, and sales training for SDRs and AEs
  • Act as business owner of the Talent category: align pipeline allocation, discount policies, and sales incentives
  • Partner with regional leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment and strong Talent attach rate across bundles

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Product-Led Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Strong background or passion for HR Tech, Talent Management, or People Analytics
  • Experience leading distributed or multicultural teams
  • Confident presenter with enterprise/XL demo experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
