Responsibilities

Provide input to and lead implementation of logistics plans and policies for storage and movement of materials and finished goods
Research and evaluate logistics policies around movement and storage, monitoring deployment and effectiveness
Prepare logistics plans related to inventory control and storage/movement
Translate business needs into effective logistics plans for Galderma
Execute plans to optimize logistics and establish controls
Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of logistics policies and processes
Analyze ongoing logistics processes to identify improvements and implement programs
Develop and formulate strategies and policies to meet business needs
Coordinate logistics activities to provide effective service to stakeholders and advise Galderma employees on logistics matters
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key requirements

More than 15 years of experience
Experience managing a department or unit with multiple teams
Ability to communicate with senior business leaders and influence outside own area
Ability to cooperate with external service providers
Strategic and operational logistics expertise
