In this role you will lead the design and ongoing management of Revolut's investment fund operations and finance. You will shape robust accounting and financial frameworks, oversee the fund lifecycle, and be the primary SME for relationships with fund administrators and depositaries. You will drive regulatory, audit, and financial reporting activities while scaling operations globally to support a world-wide customer base. This is an opportunity to build from the ground up and influence how funds are governed and reported across markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational and financial design, establishing robust accounting frameworks
Manage the ongoing operational and financial lifecycle of investment funds
Serve as the primary SME and finance lead, managing relationships with third-party fund administrators and depositaries
Direct the finance function for funds, including review and sign-off of NAVs and production of annual financial statements
Oversee and manage the end-to-end audit process with external auditors
Interact with regulatory bodies for setup, compliance, and financial reporting frameworks
Scale operations and financial oversight globally

Key requirements

7+ years of senior or lead experience in fund operations and finance
Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations across UCITS or AIF
Experience with investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg or Ireland
Experience managing financial oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries
Academic background from a top university
