In this role you drive the regional commercial and cultural strategy for Bacardi, leading Field and Business Managers to exceed targets and translate national plans into local actions. You will build autonomous, high-performing teams and embed our leadership culture in daily decisions. You’ll influence cross-functional partners and steer execution at sub-region, channel, and key customer levels, delivering measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility role for shaping regional growth within a global brand.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional targets for volume, gross profit and gross margin across sub-regions, channels and customer segments
  • Optimize price and discounting with Revenue Growth Management to maintain profitable and competitive models
  • Analyze KPIs weekly (Power BI) and implement action plans
  • Translate national strategy into detailed regional playbooks with clear KPIs and goals
  • Represent regional needs in national discussions with data-driven business cases
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing, KAMs and Brand Ambassadors to align actions with brand strategy
  • Foster autonomous, commercially accountable Field and Business Managers and implement leadership cadences
  • Create tailored development plans using 360-degree feedback and regular performance checks
  • Promote a culture of constructive feedback and learning from mistakes
  • Embodies Bacardi leadership values (Family, Founders, Fearless) and fosters belonging and inclusiveness
  • Balance high standards with humane, courageous leadership

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in senior sales roles, ideally FMCG/premium drinks
  • Proven strategic thinking and change leadership
  • Track record in coaching and developing managers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience
  • Deep knowledge of commercial tools (Power BI, CRM)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Spain
