You will partner with the CEO, Product, and design leaders to set the technical direction and deliver solutions aligned with ambitious business goals. This hands-on leadership role at an early-stage health-tech startup places you at the heart of architecture decisions and scalable delivery, with a strong focus on improving provider conversion and patient experience. You’ll help drive substantial growth following a public launch, backed by a major healthcare player, and shape meaningful change in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Set and execute the technical direction to enable business goals
- Lead and grow the engineering team, fostering collaboration with product and design
- Hands-on design of system architecture and key technical decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align priorities
- Deliver scalable platform features that improve provider conversion and patient experience
- Work closely with CEO and founding team to support growth and launch plans
Key requirements
- Seasoned tech leader with experience managing engineers in startups
- Strong ability to collaborate with CEO, Product, and design
- Hands-on in architecture and technical decision-making in an early-stage environment
- Experience delivering customer-facing healthcare technology platforms
- Proficiency with React, Typescript, Node.js, AWS, and CDK is implied
- Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive outcomes
