As Director of Marketplace Partnerships, you own the strategy and execution of SmartRecruiters’ partner ecosystem, driving growth through recruitment-app partners and services. You’ll recruit and manage a broad partner portfolio, aligning product improvements with customer budgets and analytics. Your role shapes joint marketing, developer programs, and strategic alliances, while delivering revenue and P&L outcomes. You’ll build a sustainable, high-impact marketplace that expands our ecosystem and value for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Marketplace partner ecosystem from strategy to execution
  • Recruit and enable partners across relevant categories to make the Marketplace the #1 recruitment app ecosystem
  • Influence product strategy to help customers manage budget, analytics, and cost of hiring within the platform
  • Create and oversee joint marketing opportunities, developer programs, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive revenue and P&L for the Marketplace and align with growth targets
  • Develop a long-term, sustainable business development strategy for market expansion
  • Identify and materialize new business opportunities within the Marketplace ecosystem

Key requirements

  • Deep network of partners in the HR technology category
  • Proven leadership with a track record of success and ambition
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partner products or marketplace offerings
  • Strong understanding of recruitment budgets and spend categories (marketing, sourcing, compliance, assessments)
