Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-stakes portfolio of XL Accounts in Spain with focus on retention and growth
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Spanish XL segment in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Drive operational excellence across the Account Management function with scalable processes and clear performance tracking
  • Manage and scale the team through Team Leads, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture
  • Act as escalation point for complex negotiations and at-risk accounts to protect strategic revenue
  • Maintain close, regular relationships with top-tier clients through in-person engagements
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor portfolio health, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing to align strategies and maximize value

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading Account Management, Customer Success, or commercial teams at a senior level (Head of or similar), including managing managers
  • Hybrid background in top-tier consulting or analytical environments with SaaS or high-growth tech experience
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions
  • Demonstrated leadership to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams
  • Commercial acumen in complex negotiations and enterprise-level relationship management
  • Strategic thinking to define and execute long-term plans while handling ops and client needs
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish market and enterprise/XL client segment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish (native) and English (professional)
  • Proactive and ownership-driven with strong organizational skills
