As Head of Account Management for the Portuguese market, you lead and scale the CX-driven account function. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive upsell, retention, satisfaction and activation across existing clients. You’ll turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, shape long-term value for customers, and improve processes and performance. This hands-on leadership role rewards ownership, strategic thinking, and team development in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

Drive achievement of Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets
Hire, scale and develop the account management team
Ensure team KPIs are met and tracked
Translate customer feedback into actionable Product proposals
Analyze data to optimize internal processes
Support, develop and motivate team members to high performance

Key requirements

3+ years in a people management role
Background in sales, upselling, or cross-selling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence
Fluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience working with international teams
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities
