Head of 1st line Compliance

In this role you will lead and embed the first-line regulatory framework across Qred’s fast-growing business. You’ll translate GDPR and Swedish regulations into actionable governance and operational processes, partnering with business heads to ensure obligations are owned and executed. You will own the regulatory end-to-end, including steering governance, incident management, and remediation across functions. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to enable safe scale and strong compliance culture.
