Responsibilities

  • Analyze normative requirements and OEM-specific standards
  • Derive test cases from system, hardware, or software requirements
  • Define EMC concepts and support schematic/PCB design
  • Use EMC simulation tools to assess performance and enable data-driven design
  • Create test strategies, plans, and verification concepts
  • Set up and configure test environment
  • Perform manual or automated tests and operate test benches
  • Conduct measurements and functional verification
  • Evaluate and interpret measurement results; identify malfunctions or risks
  • Support root-cause analysis and design verification measurements (electrical/temperature)
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
  • Create test reports, logs, and deviation reports; ensure traceability
  • Present test results in development meetings
  • Continually improve test processes and methodologies; participate in FMEAs, reviews, and release discussions

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Hands-on testing experience with components, systems, or software
  • Minimum 3 years in EMC testing and measurement technologies
  • Experience with schematic/layout tools, simulation environments, and Microsoft applications
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Creative, analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to explain complex topics
