Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you support manufacturing operations on core production equipment to deliver consistent parts and meet process standards. You will work under documented instructions, perform setup changes, and monitor product quality using standard tools. You collaborate with the production team to maintain records and respond to process variations. This position contributes to Alkegen’s mission of enabling greener, higher-performing materials at scale.

Responsibilities

Operate production machines to perform similar operations and produce components
Set up machines and adjust cycles based on multiple interacting variables
Load raw materials, operate machines manually, and unload finished products
Perform manual operations or with simple machines as needed
Inspect products using standard measuring devices and monitor against control charts
Adjust setup and process parameters based on observations
Maintain production records and track product quality against established standards

Key requirements

Manufacturing experience is a plus
Location: Beaver Falls, NY
Availability for full-time work
