Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the SAP SuccessFactors platform and shape the HRIS landscape for a leading life sciences company. You will collaborate with HR and IT to implement changes, configure modules, and support integrations and HR systems. You will lead HRIS projects, train users, and work with external partners to ensure reliable, scalable HR technology. This position offers meaningful impact by enabling data-driven HR processes and global people programs in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and govern the SAP SuccessFactors platform across Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation and Employee Central
- Translate concepts into configuration, test, and rollout of change requests
- Provide hands-on support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems (Open Text, ATOSS)
- Support integrations (e.g., SAP CPI) and harmonize HR system landscape and HR KPI dashboards
- Lead HRIS projects and collaborate with external implementation partners
- Train end-users and advise on HRIS processes, best practices, and system capabilities
- Collaborate closely with HR departments and IT to deliver HR solutions
Key requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep understanding of HR processes and systems
- Knowledge of Open Text and ATOSS (a plus)
- Experience with Power BI and HR system integrations (a plus)
- Experience in vendor selection
- Project management and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong communication skills in a diverse, multinational setting
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
