Responsibilities

mentor and evaluate a team of IT product managers, guiding professional growth
set objectives, allocate resources, and ensure tools are available for success
collaborate on product strategy and roadmap based on goals, user research, and data
prioritize features to deliver user value and business impact
monitor platform performance and apply feedback to future decisions
ensure adherence to agile practices and quality standards in development
define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
manage project progress, identify roadblocks, and take corrective actions
foster partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams
coordinate cross-team efforts to address dependencies and improve efficiency
engage stakeholders to capture needs and communicate plans and updates
manage expectations and provide updates on progress, milestones, and scope
establish KPIs and metrics to assess product success and identify improvements
analyze performance data and user feedback to drive decisions
perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT
experience leading a team of product managers, product owners, or business analysts
ability to work with UX designers driven by qualitative research and prototyping
strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
business acumen and alignment of product strategy with company goals
familiarity with agile practices and software development processes
experience with project management tools and product management software is a plus
knowledge of technology trends and market needs
