Responsibilities

Lead commissioning, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment in the WET area and related tools
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across processes, engineering, line control, facility, and suppliers
Optimize resources (personnel, equipment, processes) to maximize productivity and OEE, and drive cost-reduction projects
Strategically plan tool capacities and capabilities to achieve productivity and quality targets
Maintain production equipment, ensure safety standards, create maintenance plans and equipment checks, and uphold 5S guidelines
Record and report performance and costs, defining and implementing improvement initiatives
Demonstrate leadership, delegate appropriately, and act as a role model
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and support problem-solving initiatives
Demonstrate responsibility, independence, and proactive communication with the team

Key requirements

Completed technical education with several years of technical work experience
Experience in leadership is desirable
Experience in mechatronics, electronics, and network technology
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
Sense of responsibility, independent work style, and decision-making capability
Team player with proactive communication
Fluent German and English
