In this role you will oversee treasury, reporting, tax and compliance for a multi-jurisdictional real estate group, guiding financial strategy and board-level analysis. You will lead consolidation for numerous entities, coordinate with external advisers and banks, and support acquisitions and business development. Tasks
- Manage treasury operations: budgeting, forecasting, debt modelling, refinancing, covenant compliance
- Lead management accounting: group consolidation and IFRS-compliant financial reporting for multiple entities
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, transfer pricing) and support audits across jurisdictions
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to the board and investment committee
- Supervise core finance functions and liaise with external advisers, banks, and auditors
- Oversee corporate accounting and drive process efficiency, consistency, and controls
- Collaborate with other finance functions and operational departments
Key requirements
- Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA) with strong IFRS knowledge
- Experience in treasury, consolidation, and multi-jurisdictional financial reporting
- Strong financial modelling and strategic analysis skills
- Experience managing cross-border teams and external advisers
- Excellent communication in English; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting/financial systems
- Background in real estate finance or similar preferred
- Articles with a Big Four firm advantageous
