In this role you drive the Digital Products Vision and oversee performance and adoption across Generali's group. You will work within the Group Brand & Digital Unit to align with Driving Excellence goals and lead cross-functional initiatives that enable digital transformation. You will leverage insights to enhance customer experience and explore AI-driven opportunities to deliver measurable business value. This is a strategic, impact-focused position at group level with a strong emphasis on governance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Steer Digital Products Vision, Strategy and Innovation to align with Driving Excellence goals
  • Use customer feedback to guide product enhancements and ensure a user-friendly experience
  • Scan emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities
  • Consolidate digital performance data from BUs to assess marketing effectiveness and engagement
  • Promote adoption of digital tools across BUs and optimize channels and touchpoints
  • Lead digital enablement initiatives, aligning BU needs with enterprise transformation goals
  • Mentor local digital champions to enable autonomous digital adoption while adhering to governance
  • Foster strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for scalable digital solutions
  • Collaborate with AI team to monitor trends and implement AI-driven personalization, content creation, and automation
  • Integrate responsible AI solutions in collaboration with technology teams and external partners

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years in digital marketing with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role in a multinational or complex organization
  • Proven track record in digital strategy, performance management, and product innovation
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel marketing and customer experience optimization
  • Solid understanding of AI-driven marketing, personalization engines, and automation tools
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and innovation frameworks
  • Fluent in English
