As Group Digital E‑Commerce Director you drive Lyreco’s e‑commerce transformation and omnichannel platform evolution. You will align cross‑functional teams to deliver a scalable, customer‑centric digital commerce backbone that enables growth across channels and markets. You shape the strategic roadmap, oversee integrations with ERP/CRM/PIM/DAM, and lead multi‑country delivery with a strong focus on data, governance, and commercial impact. Responsibilities

  • Refine and deliver the e‑commerce and omnichannel strategy with a clear evolution roadmap
  • Challenge platform features and architecture for long‑term scalability and competitiveness
  • Define objectives for revenue by channel, activation, conversion, and segment value
  • Ensure alignment with omnichannel touchpoints and integrated procurement ecosystems
  • Translate strategy into product roadmaps and prioritized features
  • Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with CGO, IT, and country teams
  • Collaborate with CIO/IS to integrate ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM and other core systems
  • Lead projects such as PIM evolution, order capture optimization, track‑and‑trace, and data synchronization
  • Maintain data quality and governance across product, pricing, and customer data
  • Manage external technology partners and ensure security and architectural alignment
  • Foster governance and communication across countries and business units
  • Improve UX and implement advanced B2B capabilities (contracts, approvals, punchout, replenishment, account hierarchies, shared carts)
  • Ensure a frictionless customer journey across navigation, search, checkout, and account management
  • Build personalised experiences for corporate accounts and key customers
  • Enable seamless channel transitions to present Lyreco as a unified ecosystem
  • Drive analytics, VOC, A/B testing, and behavioural insights for continuous improvement
  • Prepare the platform for acquisition, conversion, and loyalty initiatives with Marketing & Sales
  • Collaborate on SEO/SEA strategies and with CRM/automation teams for anti‑churn and loyalty initiatives
  • Monitor funnel performance and optimize conversion across digital touchpoints
  • Lead and develop the global e‑commerce team and promote agile, customer‑centric culture
  • Represent e‑commerce in transformation steering groups and drive change management

Key requirements

  • 15+ years in e‑commerce, digital product, or digital transformation
  • Experience in B2B environments with global or multi‑country exposure
  • Proven success in evolving or rebuilding digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, B2B marketplaces, punchout, APIs, and data automation
  • Experience modernising or replatforming large‑scale e‑commerce systems
  • ROI‑driven mindset with mastery of e‑commerce KPIs (CAC, CLV, conversion, AOV, churn)
  • Ability to build business cases, prioritise roadmaps, and measure impact
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying behaviours and sales team needs
  • Leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
