In this role you will administer the enterprise collaboration platform based on MS 365, collaborating with business units to deliver efficient solutions and streamline workflows. You will migrate data from legacy file stores to 365 and design automated processes using PowerApps/Automate. As a trusted MS 365 expert, you’ll govern the digital workplace and drive continuous improvements, while training users and supporting cross-functional teams. You will contribute to the Digital Workplace Platform Team that delivers Communication, Collaboration, and Automation to enable a global organization in its mission to provide life-saving medicines.

Responsibilities

System administration of MS 365 collaboration environments (SharePoint Online/OneDrive/Teams)
Admin of the Octapharma digital workplace across MS 365 services
Collaborate with the business to design MS 365 solutions that boost efficiency
Backend MS 365 configuration via central admin portal
Design and implement automated processes with PowerApps/Automate
Integrate additional MS 365 services (Forms, Planner, Loop) into the platform
Migrate data from legacy file servers into 365 and restructure environment for best practices
Implement change requests and continuous improvements to the MS 365 environment
Create knowledge articles and run in-person training for users
Serve as ambassador and technical expert for MS 365 within Octapharma

Key requirements

Experience administering an enterprise collaboration environment
At least 3 years in a similar IT role (ideally pharma)
SharePoint administration with knowledge of site configuration and central admin
Proven expertise with MS 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
Experience with large data migrations within 365 and from on-prem sources
Excellent organizational skills and experience with Agile Project Management
Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented with attention to detail
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
