In this onsite role you manage all finance deliverables for the Naval Power operations, including earned value management and EACs. You’ll coordinate with Operations, Value Streams, and program leaders to input data, report variances, and maintain cost and labor forecasts. You provide timely, quantitative analysis to support program decisions and performance reviews. Responsibilities
- Lead weekly financial analysis for schedule, budget, and EAC positions
- Update monthly Earned Value metrics and deliver customer reportable EV deliverables
- Own quarterly EACs including inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, and variance analysis
- Oversee weekly/monthly labor and cash forecasts, recording variances to plan
- Provide timely quantitative insights to support business, program, and project decisions
- Coordinate with operations leadership for financial guidance and updates
Key requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years)
- Experience with APEX and SAP in a managed programs finance context
- Experience in program cost, schedule, and control environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to present to leadership and peers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
