Responsibilities

Run MRP for assigned consumables/service parts portfolios including stock allocation and forecasting
Communicate proactively with stakeholders about material availability, risks, and recovery plans
Collaborate with production plants and suppliers to optimize order sizes, intervals, and delivery performance
Support product lifecycle management including phase-in/phase-out activities
Generate/analyze KPIs and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement
Champion process improvements within Distribution Logistics
Escalate critical issues to safeguard business continuity
Maintain high standards of master-data quality and auditability
Run supplier offer evaluations and oversee supplier selection, relationships, and performance reviews
Organize quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate across functions to align supply chain with business goals
Advance sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain

Key requirements

5+ years' experience in supply chain or materials management
Proficient in SAP R/3, S/4HANA, IBP and Business Warehouse
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Independent, assertive, and disciplined with data
Good practical experience in the application of AI tools and technologies
Customer-focused, collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented
