Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer engagement content aligned with Sea Logistics priorities and customer needs
Create executive-level presentations, leadership briefings, market updates, newsletters, webinars, and other customer-facing materials
Translate complex industry trends into clear, engaging narratives
Coordinate and support customer events, conferences, webinars, leadership meetings, and industry engagements
Collaborate with global, regional, and national stakeholders to gather insights and ensure messaging consistency
Manage multiple projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables with quality and professionalism
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by developing strategic communications that support business growth

Key requirements

Strong knowledge of international Sea Logistics, ocean freight, and global supply chain operations
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills
Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and customer-facing content
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends in ocean freight
Demonstrated project management and event coordination experience
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design
Highly collaborative relationship builder in a global environment
