As the Global S&OP and LTFP Lead, you will drive the evolution of planning processes within Biogen’s Global Supply Chain. You’ll steer governance, IBP, and alignment across functions to support a data-driven planning culture and enterprise-wide transformation. Your leadership will enable advanced planning capabilities, impacting cost, cash, service, and growth while partnering across regions. This role blends strategic scope with hands-on program leadership in a global context.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance global S&OP governance, cadence, standards, and playbooks for PO&T
Facilitate regional Executive S&OP forums with key stakeholders
Align KPIs and expectations across S&OP reviews for consistent content
Lead the LTFP process with annual strategic planning cycles
Define critical assumptions and scenarios for long-term capacity planning
Integrate S&OP and LTFP outputs into operational, financial, and capacity planning
Drive cultural and behavioral changes to support enterprise-wide IBP and LTFP
Provide mentorship to S&OP leaders and align enabling technologies with roadmaps

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
minimum 12 years in Global Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within Pharma or FMCG
proven IBP or S&OP design/implementation experience at a large global company
transformational leadership and cross-functional mentoring
deep understanding of lifecycle management in Pharma
familiarity with AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics platforms
scenario planning and cross-functional portfolio trade-offs
ERP systems knowledge; APICS certification preferred
strong business acumen and financial operations knowledge
global and intercultural experience in a dynamic environment
