Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and their impact on the Transformer portfolio
Differentiate mature technology by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors' actions
Evaluate technical requirements and perform competitive assessments to identify gaps and improvements
Manage and update technical specifications for existing products
Oversee benchmarking and quality feedback to improve product performance
Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards throughout the lifecycle
Support new product development by translating market requirements into the product roadmap
Prepare and present technical communication materials for product launches and market positioning
Develop and deliver training to cross-functional teams on product knowledge and market insights
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Key requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within transformers or energy

Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Project management and multitasking abilities Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and industry technologies Experience in market analysis and competitive assessments Knowledge of product management processes and lifecycle
