As Product Manager for DEXIS, you own the global roadmap and lifecycle for the Aligner and Intraoral imaging portfolio, driving launches from concept to market. You collaborate across functions to translate customer insight into measurable growth, shaping products that improve patient care. You’ll define requirements, pricing, and go-to-market plans while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Lead NPI across the product toll gate: business case, value proposition, VOC, requirements, and GTM
Define launch objectives to drive revenue and profitability
Articulate customer needs via market research and VOC studies
Develop pricing strategy for the product portfolio
Create sales and marketing enablement with cross-functional teams
Partner with sales reps to stay aligned on intraoral market knowledge
Drive market intelligence: sizing, trends, competitive analysis, segmentation
Maintain production, sales, and inventory plans (PSI) aligned with financial targets
Oversee product lifecycle from launch to ramp-down and discontinuation
Perform additional duties as needed

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred
3-5+ years of product development experience
Experience launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or FDA-regulated settings
Imaging and orthodontic product experience desired
Willingness to travel up to 25%
onsite presence required in CA locations per business needs
