In this role you will shape global medical engagement for vaccines by steering committees, supranational bodies, and medical societies. You will align strategies across regions and partner with commercial, market access, and public affairs teams to advance vaccine objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive digital and AI-enabled engagement improvements, and translate insights into strategic guidance for leadership. This is a high-impact, influential, globally scoped role that supports public health priorities and access goals.

Responsibilities

Lead global medical engagement strategy with vaccine steering committees, supranational stakeholders, and medical societies
Identify, map, and prioritize supranational vaccine stakeholders across regions
Develop and maintain a global medical engagement strategy aligned with vaccine strategy and access objectives
Coordinate medical engagement across Global Medical Affairs, Vaccines with commercial, market access, and public affairs
Plan and deliver global medical engagement activities
Develop tools, performance measures, and guidance to improve results
Enhance engagement approaches with digital tools and AI-enabled processes
Monitor global and regional vaccine recommendation trends and stakeholder priorities
Translate engagement insights into strategic recommendations for global medical and cross-functional leadership
Partner with global and regional stakeholders across commercial, market access, public affairs, regulatory, R&D, and HEOR teams

Key requirements

Degree in life sciences, global health, public relations, communication, public affairs or related field
At least five years of experience in project management
Experience working in matrix organizations and leading through influence
Experience building global or regional cross-functional engagement strategies
Understanding of public health systems
Demonstrated comfort with digital tools, data platforms, and modern medical engagement technologies
