In this role, you will own and optimize the end-to-end manufacturing processes for magnetic cores across transformers, aligning design, suppliers, and production with the company’s global standards. You will lead Lean and digital transformation initiatives to improve speed, quality, and consistency in core manufacturing. You’ll standardize core design, build, and assembly globally, and drive automation and tool-enabled productivity. This position sits at the intersection of engineering and operations, partnering across factories, supply chain, and digital teams to scale processes worldwide.

Responsibilities

Own global engineering and manufacturing processes for magnetic cores.
Set and enforce standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Standardize design, build, and assembly of cores across factories.
Scale processes to production volumes globally.
Lead continuous improvement and regular process reviews.
Identify and implement automation and digital tooling where value is added.
Define tool requirements to support design and manufacturing.
Link engineering with operations, supply chain, and suppliers.
Lead a global network to apply standards safely and consistently.

Key requirements

Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or equivalent (experience accepted).
Extensive experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Deep exposure to magnetic cores or transformer manufacturing.
Understanding of industrial processes for complex electromechanical products.
Strong background in process engineering and continuous improvement.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across countries.
Proficiency with digital tools supporting engineering and production.
Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
