In this global leadership role, you will steer the enterprise PD&I strategy to turn Workday and HR data into trusted workforce insights that guide talent, planning and organizational decisions. You’ll lead a centralized team, shaping analytics delivery to decision-makers and enabling AI-driven capabilities within the Workday and data ecosystem. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to standardize HR metrics, governance, and data reliability while driving adoption across the organization. This position sits at the intersection of HR, digital tech, and business leadership, with a focus on scalable, responsible analytics. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise PD&I strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Deliver trusted, consumable workforce insights via dashboards, reports, and analytic projects
  • Own the people analytics portfolio and roadmap based on impact, scalability, and employee experience
  • Enable advanced and AI-driven analytics in Workday and enterprise data ecosystem with governance
  • Oversee Workday People Analytics and Prism configuration to automate reporting and support self-service
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate questions into actionable insights
  • Manage delivery and analytics offerings with SLAs and self-service tools
  • Establish HR data governance and reliability through data preparation, metric definitions, and repositories
  • Lead, coach, and develop the PD&I team and HR domain expertise
  • Lead compliance and regulatory workforce reporting with internal and external partners

Key requirements

  • Data analytics and storytelling with performance trends and key metrics
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Workday People Analytics, Workday PRISM
  • Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven storytelling and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of HR data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading analytics teams in a global matrixed environment
  • Experience leading change to advance analytics maturity from reporting to predictive insights
