In this senior individual contributor role, you drive end-to-end global launch governance and readiness for zorevunersen, a potential first-in-class disease-modifying therapy. You lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to craft and execute robust launch plans, while building capabilities and enabling data-driven decision-making. You oversee external engagement initiatives and insight generation to strengthen impact and inform strategic choices. This role offers the chance to shape launch excellence at scale within a mission-driven biotech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end launch execution globally and locally, embedding market intelligence into decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Insights, PAG, PO&T, GAM, Regulatory
  • Lead and onboard country teams, cascade global materials, and manage launch readiness activities
  • Develop integrated launch plans with clear roles, workstreams, and interdependencies
  • Own launch stage gates, readiness milestones, and governance forums
  • Ensure alignment to critical path and launch timing; track performance post-launch and adapt
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation with escalation to leadership
  • Define success KPIs (uptake/adoption, market share, engagement, ROI)
  • Ensure external initiatives are compliant, insight-driven, and regionally tailored
  • Lead external engagement initiatives with HCPs, patients, caregivers; drive global engagement strategy
  • Develop omnichannel cross-functional engagement plans; oversee unbranded disease education campaigns
  • Co-create content with markets for global deployment; ensure regional adaptation and relevance
  • Integrate market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into engagement strategies

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 3 years in launch readiness or related roles
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and project management software
  • Strong commercial track record; global/regional launch experience a plus
  • Experience leading in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Fluency in English and one other language
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% internationally
  • Management-level experience with people and program coordination
