In this role, you will lead global coverage for Mortgage Finance and Servicing clients, driving growth across a broad product suite. You will work with investment banking and product teams to win engagements and deepen relationships at the C-suite level. You will coordinate tailored marketing, assess client needs with product partners, and oversee credit risk and approvals. You will onboard target clients and maintain revenue growth with sound risk-return metrics, acting as the first line of defense for credit quality. This position sits at the intersection of client leadership, risk governance, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the bank’s global Mortgage Finance strategy.

Responsibilities

Pitch for new engagements and develop relationships with Mortgage Finance and Servicing clients
Develop and deepen C-suite/Treasurer level coverage with corporate clients
Coordinate tailored marketing of products with product partners
Lead credit risk and internal approval processes for loans and counterparty exposures
Oversee onboarding of target clients and present business and credit cases to partners/committees
Hold revenue responsibility for top-line growth and risk-adjusted returns
Serve as first line of defense for continuous credit quality monitoring

Key requirements

10+ years of experience in coverage of listed and privately owned corporates
Proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks
Solid knowledge of corporate banking products including bank loans, bonds, rates, FX and structured products, cash management
Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and/or debt capital markets transactions
Strong influencing skills, team player, proven cross-cultural collaboration
Knowledge of Mortgage Finance and Servicing industry and markets and existing client/investor relationships
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
