Experteer Overview

As Global Corporate Account Manager, you drive value for large institutional clients across Europe by selling Ecolab’s advanced programs, technology and service. You will lead negotiations, manage multi-site accounts and craft strategies to penetrate new or existing global accounts. Your work supports cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and sustainable outcomes. This role offers influence in shaping customer partnerships and business growth at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ecolab’s value proposition to institutional customers and promote innovative programs
  • Meet/exceed net new business objectives and support Retain, Grow, Gain portfolio strategy
  • Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, product mix, and contract renewals; coordinate trials
  • Build strong customer relationships and develop account strategies across international teams
  • Manage sales pipeline, quarterly/annual plans, and progress reporting
  • Stay informed on market trends and communicate opportunities to management
  • Share best practices with sales and support teams
  • Manage travel expenses within budget
  • Act as brand ambassador focusing on cleaning, safety, water, sustainability and innovation

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales in a direct sales/service management role
  • University degree in business-related subject
  • Proven track record in enterprise account management and multi-channel sales
  • Strong relationships with senior decision makers in large accounts
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and with diverse teams
  • Solid commercial understanding including financial acumen and analytics
  • Problem solving and attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) within geography
