In this role you drive strategic global customer relationships and growth for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials. You’ll collaborate with global leaders to align plans, resolve issues, and expand the product portfolio with key accounts. You shape the voice of the customer and translate needs into global actions across functions. This position offers impact at scale, influencing global account strategy and revenue growth aligned with the company’s mission to advance semiconductor materials. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver value to top customers.

Responsibilities

Strengthen and manage strategic relationships with key global customers; coordinate with global leaders to drive growth
Define and achieve global sales budgets and align with local markets
Lead and support Local Account Managers to implement short- and long-term growth strategies
Act as primary VOC to FFEM and drive customer issues through the organization
Develop and support sales plans, product positioning, and pricing strategies
Coordinate global sales and technical presentations; manage global project coordination and governance
Drive global CIP coordination and development of new products; manage communications with global customers
Prepare monthly reports and provide leadership updates on performance

Key requirements

8+ years of semiconductor experience (materials preferred)
5+ years of semiconductor sales experience
Direct experience selling advanced semiconductor materials to fabs/companies preferred
Strategic thinking and long-term account planning
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Customer-facing leadership with proven relationship-building
Familiarity with specialty chemical categories (photoresists, wet chemicals, CMP slurry, or advanced materials)
Global mindset and willingness to travel extensively
