In this role you will oversee global Customer/Client Master Data Management across SAP, Salesforce, and Informatica to ensure data quality and governance. You’ll drive onboarding of new units and geographies, lead data validation efforts, and partner with technology teams to deliver efficient master data solutions. The position supports Deloitte’s global finance and risk management initiatives by maintaining trusted master data and enabling compliant, scalable processes. You will work cross-functionally to improve governance, processes, and data quality, shaping how master data supports the firm’s global operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Customer/Client master data management across SAP and Salesforce
- Drive onboarding of new business units and geographies onto current platforms
- Lead data validation and quality efforts for expanding scope
- Drive automation and process improvement in the Master Data domain
- Review Add/Change requests through SAP, Salesforce and Informatica
- Collaborate with Technology and GFS for efficient solutions
- Monitor service levels and data quality
- Identify synergies with other master data domains (e.g., Vendor Master)
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in SAP Customer Master Data Maintenance and/or SAP SD
- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Master and SD processes
- Ability to travel 0-20%
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
