In this role you will own the P&L and daily operations for an Otis Operating Territory, leading New Equipment, Service, Repair and Modernization efforts. You will work to deliver a seamless customer experience by breaking down silos and acting as the primary decision-maker close to the customer. You will shape sales strategy, drive growth, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture while aligning with Otis Absolutes of Safety, Ethics, and Quality. This position offers the opportunity to influence transformation initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate performance and customer value.

Responsibilities

Own the P&L and daily operations for an Operating Territory
Oversee New Equipment, Service, Repair and Modernization businesses (sales & operations)
Foster a customer-centric operating model and serve as primary customer collaborator/decision maker
Lead by example with Otis Absolutes (Safety, Ethics & Quality) and leadership behaviors
Hire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; promote inclusion and engagement
Drive financial performance and implement a sales strategy to grow market share
Act as first escalation point for customers to ensure end-to-end experience
Monitor market dynamics and competitors to adapt strategies
Build and sustain a strong customer portfolio and long-lasting relationships
Improve efficiencies across routes and resource allocation; support transformation initiatives in line with OU roadmap
Collaborate with Delivery Operations to centralize admin activities for greater customer focus

Key requirements

Leadership experience in field operations and/or sales
Experience in construction/engineering or elevator industry advantageous
Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Enthusiastic, committed to delivering exceptional service

Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with tactical, hands-on approach
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to influence and lead change
