Responsibilities

Develop and execute the growth strategy for the HLT business across regions
Drive revenue growth through direct sales and dealer networks
Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into the product portfolio
Evaluate and execute strategic acquisition opportunities
Own the P&L and deliver sustainable profitability
Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and project execution
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per customer specifications
Lead digital transformation and enhance the customer experience
Lead and develop a high-performing international team
Foster change management, safety, accountability, collaboration, and performance

Key requirements

10+ years of leadership experience in a Business Unit, General Management, or similar role
Proven P&L responsibility in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or services
Success in driving commercial growth and business performance
Experience with product portfolio management, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations
Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen
Experience in an international matrix organization (a plus)
Engineering degree is a plus; MBA preferred
